Products of Reflections
Products of Reflections is a research publication that examines and elaborates form produced by refraction and reflection phenomena. These are explored in a process of making and generative experimentation, which increasingly pursues subsequent circumstantial results. The experiments produce a series of installation works and design propositions that use reflection effects as a medium of design and construction. Together, they reveal the phenomenal form making potential of mirror polished materials, objects, and products.

Studio Belia designed and produced Products of Reflection. A publication that was examined by a panel of academics working in the field of design and fine art, so the result needed to be visually compelling. It was also essential that the graphical layout itself convey a complex set of ideas and relationships. While it was a difficult brief, Anita understood what was required immediately. She responded with a series of creative and effectively communicating solutions, which contributed enormously to the project.
She worked fast and was always quick to respond. Her creativity and technical knowledge proved exemplary. The resulting book achieved everything required (and more). It was beautifully laid out, and so impressed the examiners that each commented on it in their response. It was a pleasure working with Anita, and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her for any graphic design project no matter how large or complex.
